I also wanted to send you a note and thank you for all your help over the past year in buying the lot at The Ridge.  You knew exactly what we were looking for and saved it for the last look of the day and your were right.  Dee and I are very excited about the lot and can't wait to get a house on it.  We are starting to understand why everyone we have met so far has this big smile on their face...What a beautiful place Lake Martin is and what a great job Russell does.

Please tell Patti thanks for her timely help too.  She is a real pinch hitter for you.  We'll see you soon!
